I Got Nothin'
Topic: Critters
Not a thing. No topic comes to mind.

What, you think topics just fall out of thin air? Geeze. You think I'm made of topics? Like I got a drawer full of them?

Sometimes they come from farkers. Sometimes it's just silly junk I thought of at work. Sometimes it means something. Usually, it's just random near-gibberish (but very lucid near-gibberish).

I think bats are a kind of primate. (The master of the segue strikes again!) No, really. They just evolved a little differently from a common ancestor.

Fruit bats fill nearly the same ecological niche; arboreal, fruit-eating herbivores. They're nocturnal, but so are many primates. There's really not a lot of evidence to prove it, but they don't seem to fit into any other category, except their own, which implies no common ancestor with anything else. Which, frankly, makes me anxious, because it begs the question of 'where did they come from?'

See? Out of nowhere... a topic. It happens that way sometimes.
